First Floor

There are two bedrooms on the first floor both with free wi-fi and tea/coffee making facilities. Both rooms have hairdryers.

Family Room with Private Bathroom - Sleeps 3

This bright, spacious room to the front of the house, faces east with views across the surrounding countryside. There is a comfortable king-sized bed as well as a single bed, and a large, flat-screened TV.

Family Room Bathroom

The modern private bathroom is located off the landing. It comprises a good-sized bath with powerful shower over, WC, wash basin and shaver point. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is one step down into the bathroom.

Double Room with en-suite shower

This bright, comfortable room with a south-facing window is located to the rear of the property. There is a king-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The en-suite shower with WC and washbasin with shaver point, was added in 2018. There is one step down to this bedroom.

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall and Staircase

There is a low step up at the front door to access the house and handrails on both sides of the staircase up to the first floor.

Dining Room

Breakfast is served at the shared dining table at a time to suit. There is a fine collection of books for the guests to peruse during their stay.

The Garden

Guests are welcome to relax in the garden, weather permitting.
